MOS

Mixed Oxidant Solution (MOS) is a high performing yet environmentally benign disinfectant. Revolutionary efficacy is derived from the 2nd oxidant present in the solution – Hydrogen Peroxide, which co-exists for 24-48 hours after electrolysis.
  • Water and food grade salt are introduced (or injected) into the electrolytic cell
  • Electrolysis occurs inside the cell producing Mixed Oxidant Solution (MOS) chemistry
  • MOS is ready for use

HYPO

MIOX HYPO on-site generators produce the absolute lowest cost per unit of sodium hypochlorite chemical between 25 – 3,000 lbs/day.
  • Water and food grade salt are introduced (or injected) into the electrolytic cell
  • Electrolysis occurs inside the cell producing Sodium Hypochlorite (HYPO) chemistry
  • HYPO is ready for use

IAO

iAO combines the core electrolytic MIOX cell with Ultraviolet Light. This is the lowest cost advanced oxidation process with the ability to “mineralize” all organic contaminants to PPT levels.
  • Water and food grade salt are introduced (or injected) into cell
  • Electrolysis occurs inside the cell producing Sodium Hypochlorite (HYPO) chemistry
  • HYPO is added to water being treated
  • Treatment solution is exposed to Ultraviolet (UV) Light
  • Your water is clean of all organic contaminants

EQUAT

eQUAT combines the benefits of non-oxidizing and oxidizing biocides. This chemistry has the unique ability to be tailored for specific applications.
  • Water and Quaternary Ammonium salt are introduced (or injected) into the electrolytic cell
  • Electrolysis occurs inside the cell producing eQuat chemistry
  • eQuat is ready for use

 

RIO-S


The RIO-S is systematically optimized for ease of use, reliability, and performance. The RIO-S is modular which means chemistry output can be easily expanded 4X without increasing the footprint. Leading the industry in salt and energy conversion with a transformer-less design, the RIO-S can ensure the lowest life-cycle cost for your facility. The unit operates with Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 controls, and is equipped with self-cleaning and self-adjusting flow control making the system virtually maintenance free.

The MIOX Blackwater trailer is a mobile chemical-free disinfection system designed to meet high volume disinfection needs with ease. This dual-MIOX system design can meet fluctuating oxidant demand and water volume all within a footprint no larger than 9’ by 40’. Safe oxidizing chemistry generated at your site when you need it, with ZERO clean-up or spill procedures. Capable of dosing between 100-150 mg/l and higher depending on contaminants/constituents in the water, MOS achieves complete kill of both SRB and APB.

The Blackwater-S is designed for on-the-fly frac water disinfection.
